Returns & Exchanges

At RIXO, we want you to love your vintage-inspired pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags firmly attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all RIXO tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
